Great location, free parking, green surroundings, and a pool. Rooms at the back without air conditioning provide a cooler sleep. Polite and helpful autopark manager. Nice pool, air conditioning in rooms, and balcony with a sea view. Young and friendly staff, varied all-inclusive menu, and helpful manager.

There was four of us and we had a great stay.my friends did not book in advance and the owner gave them the internet rate also.it was like a home away from home.the lady owner looked after us on any query that we had.stayed in hotels all around the world and after a while they all become the same no matter what class.hotel varshava felt more like a B+B,it had the personal touch thanks to the owner.

seaside view excellent. take the 10th floor.
you should be prepared living for couple of days in it. not very clean, with bugs in the room, no cleaning lady. but, the price says that so if u choose cheap, be prepared to live cheap. food not bad, if you choose only breakfast. golden sands very expensive in general - so take all inclusive at minimum 3 stars to have a great vacation.

I always return to this hotel. It has luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a helpful staff. The rooms are great and the amenities like massage, game room, and outdoor pool make my stay enjoyable. I also appreciate the no smoking policy. I'll be back for my city trip.

I chose Varshava hotel for its convenient location near the Aladzha Monastery Museum, a place I wanted to visit. But I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service available at the property. The resort also offers a poolside bar with refreshing drinks, which I enjoyed during my stay.
Wi-fi not free, slow lobby connection. Unfriendly receptionists make finding the resort difficult without indicators.

Stunning views from the 10th floor room. The location on a hill allows for a picturesque view of the sea and forest. We even spotted a castle nearby, adding to the charm. The room was comfortable and the shower worked well, with no water spillage.

I stayed at Hotel Varshava in Golden Sands for a short trip through Bulgaria. The hotel has a nostalgic flair with clean and well-maintained rooms. It may not be fancy, but it's perfect for budget travelers like us. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with supermarkets and food stands nearby. And let me tell you, the elevator ride was surprisingly enjoyable!
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I really liked the cozy and homely feeling of the hotel. The decorations reminded me of my grandmother's house, with vintage furniture and charming wallpaper. The common areas were well-maintained and had a lovely ambiance. Being a senior, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, with ramps and handrails in the corridors and near the pool. It made it much easier for me to navigate around without any worries.
I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options specifically catered to senior guests. It would have been great if the children working there could organize some gentle exercise classes or social gatherings for us.

Convenient location near the beach and away from noisy venues. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager. Good variety of food on the all-inclusive menu. Comfortable beds and quiet fridge in the room. Vintage TV was a nice touch.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Varshava in Golden Sands. The room had a beautiful view and the windows were large, making it bright and airy. The staff treated us well, especially the supervisor at the pool, and the location in the green forest area was peaceful and relaxing.
The menu for breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel offered free parking, which was a great convenience for us as we had rented a car. they provided a transfer service to the parking area, making it even more convenient for us. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It was close to the beach and the main street, allowing us easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with printing our boarding passes.
There were a few negative aspects that we experienced during our stay. the breakfast provided was a bit limited in options and could have been better.

The hotel is very close to the beach, which is perfect for a family vacation. We enjoyed spending our days by the sea and being able to easily walk back to the hotel. Additionally, the location of the hotel is great as it is close to everything we needed, such as restaurants and shops.
The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There were cleanliness issues in the bathroom and common areas that should have been addressed.

The hotel had everything I needed, including a 24-hour supermarket, a pharmacy for emergencies, and an on-call doctor. I enjoyed trying out different land-based sports and relaxing by the large swimming pool with a refreshing pool bar.
Oh, the joy of discovering stained beds and dirty rooms! How delightful it was to clean with wet wipes before settling in.
